Indev update: Fully functioning bows and mobs
Animals only spawn in bright areas. Monsters only spawn in dark areas.
This means you can make caves safer by
placing a lot of torches.
I tweaked the path finding around a bit, it should use less resources now, but there’s still a lot of optimization possible to be done there.
Oh, and the enemies are more difficult this time around, with creepers being more difficult to exploit, spiders being nastier (I think?), and generally just hiding out around corners, ready to bite your eyes out.
Yes, I know it’s difficult. I want it to be difficult. ;)
But since not everyone agrees, there will be a
difficulty slider. One of the settings on the slider will be “no enemies”. This will be “normal”.
Hard.. well.. Hard will be pretty hard.
