Sorting through the support chaos

As of today, I no longer offer per-case support on technical issues. I still want to get informed about bugs ([email protected]), but the amount of email I receive is higher than my capacity to reply, so I’ve been falling more and more behind.

I will of course, still handle payment issues, though. That’s been moved to [email protected]. If you have a payment issue that I haven’t replied to, please send it to [email protected] so I can find it.

For the future, I will look into alternative options such as setting up a bug tracker. Email just plain sucks for support.
