A pile of accounts have been resolved

When the payment system was slow, we got a lot of email about failed purchases. While looking through them, we found that almost all of them had gone through already when we got around to checking what went wrong. But hidden between these masses of emails were a few cases where the payment really didn’t get flagged properly in the database.

By “a few”, I mean 0.27%. Doesn’t sound too bad, does it? Well, that was 140 accounts! These have all been upgraded properly now, and the bug that caused this has been fixed.
